I think Hillary could do well as Senate Majority Leader instead of Harry Reid. He is as inspiring as bologna on white bread. If she were to become the Majority leader, she could still stay in front of the cameras (a place she clearly loves to be), have more power than she currently has (an obvious desire of hers), remain a bit of a pain in President Obama's side (something she's good at). This would round-out the leadership of the U.S. government with a half-black man as POTUS, a woman as Speaker, and a woman as Senate Majority leader. Talk about progress!

I think she needs to enjoy her time left in the senate, as this is the last time term she will be there. the amount of times she has shot herself in the foot and head while campaining are countless and will reflect badly when she goes for reelection in 2012.

Nope, she's got a career ahead of her. The Kennedys saved her, so they obviously think she has a lot more to give. Actually, she could make an excellent senate majority leader. I just hope Teddy can give her wisdom on how to get beyond this campaign and into a much brighter future.

Has any of the Kennedys supporting Obama acccepted her apology? Robert Kennedy Jr has and he is a supporter of hers.

The remark made by Clinton has been blown out of all proportion. It just leaves two questions about Hillary. Did she make a thought out, calculated subliminal statement about a possible assasination of Obama? Or is she just plain stupid and does not realise what she is saying? Either way it does not show that Hillary is capable of controlling her mouth. Is this a good trait for a senate leader or possible president

Harry Reid - the current senile Majority Leader, has run off at the mouth many times - Senator Clinton would be much better that sleepy Harry

I have heard people say that Obama should "give" her the leadership position. The problem is that Obama cannot just "appoint" her as leader of the Senate. The leader is elected by secret ballot and right now alot of them are not happy with her and even more of them would be unhappy about the President trying to dictate whom they should choose as their leader. Presidents should not intrude on the legislative branch like that. It would cause a lot of resentment.

I support Hillary Clinton

Hillary Clinton should continue her run for president, the race is still close and she has the popular vote right now.

Woot Hillary
