Most of Alabama's potential Democratic voters (blacks and transplants) do not take the time to register. In most rural parts of the state, voter turnout is incredibly low, as most locals do not know about, or do not care for politics (no wonder they live such stress free lives!).
He has to pick his staes. With his weakeness in so many key large democratic staes agianst clinton he has to concentrate on them. That si why clinton has shown mpe strength for a general elction because there are no cancuses and winner takes all.He certainly can even use the popular vote should decide after this primary season or disenfranchised voters. If thuis primary had been the general election hillary would be the nominee by now.
