Changing the subject because you can't defend McCain's lack of morals?

I think you mean comparing morals to take the lesser of two evils.

Could have been a constitutional issue.

I'd like to remind everyone here that McCain has been known to drown puppies personally.

Plus he shoplifted a gumball when he was 8.

Don't forget about Bill Clinton's morals. So many people think he was a "Great" president. So it should not really matter what McCain did in his past. He can still be a great president.

I dunno. McCain doesn't seem to be the holier-than-thou, moralizing type. I'm thinking his infidelity 20+ years ago is water under the bridge. Yes, it does speak to his character. At the same time, a person can mature a great deal in 20+ years.

This thread is about McCain's lack of morals in as he screwed around on and left a disabled wife for Cindy. I guess that kind of behavior is ok with you.

You guys are something. How can you be so dishonest as to change the subject? If you want to fight about Obama wanting to free all sex offenders why dont you start a new thread,* or go resurrect one of the old ones on the topic?

I know Rush and Sean et al. do this. I suppose you admire it as some sort of winning strategy.

You're being dishonest with yourselves, never mind the other posters.

* And let me just ask that you do some cross-research first to save everyone else a lot of aggravation.

Oh, so we should disqualify anyone who is divorced and remarried from the Presidency? Sorry, but most marriage breakups aren't pretty and people move on. You do know that McCain's first wife has voluntarily assisted with his campaigns, right?! So, if she's not bitter then what on Earth gives YOU the right to make an issue of it?

Clearly, some people here are forgetting how GWB got elected. He was supposedly the "moral" choice -- the one who would restore "honor" to the presidency after Bill's indiscretions. Yeah, that's been a real success, hasn't it?
