Obama is a natural born American because his Mother is an American citizen. There is nothing to say that your not a natural born citizen if ONE of your parents is a citizen of another country.

If it were only based upon where you were born, some say that McCain would not be eligble either since he was not born in the US but in Panama.

The latest blog gossip is the McCain medical records again. Evidently part of his records were not included. Seems that about three years ago POW records were unearthed in Vietnam. Seems that a POW with the name of John McCain was castrated as part of his torture. The rumor circulating was that he and Cindi adopted for that reason. Now if this is true we would all be on his side and certainly sympathetic to his situation. The downside risk was that people might begin to assert that he didn't have the ___'s to stand up to terrorist. Oh well it is personal and the bloggers are starting to bring it up again but as we know from this thread what do they know?

His birth certificate is none of [y]our business. Nagging and insisting kicking your heels in a tantrum after Daddy said "No" wont make it your business.
He was a private citizen. Now, he is a public servant and all of his records and back ground should be made public. remember Ross Perot? He said, "Leave my background alone" and then he was forced to drop out.

how come no one points out the fact that the federal government FORCES you to retire at 65, but they have a guy running for office that is 113?

I'm sorry but thats just horrible that anyone would use such a thing as fodder for throwing political stones at someone. I can't imagine what that man went through while kept a prisoner but its amazing he is sane afterward. I am a Democrat, he is not my candidate but he is a human being who doesn't deserve to be teased or have that time in his life used against him.

Bwahahahhahahha! That's pretty funny. I think everyone knows that Mr. McCain is overloaded in the b*lls department. That's why that little squirt in Iran is squirming at the thought of having to "NEGOTIATE" with McCain.

Remember 2000, McCains illegitamate child in South Carolina? Barack got his tan in all those exotic destinations, Indonesia, Hawaii and Kenya.

This is not true, Alan Greenspan worked way past McCain's age. The government can't force anyone to retire.
