I think it's very telling that you use his middle name to race-bait and then ask everyone if Obama is the closet racist.

Wow. So. Yeah. This isn't racist at all.

What does the name have to do with anything? What? You think because his name isn't "American" we shouldn't vote for him?

Second, the guy is a closet racist, goes to Rev Wright's Church for 20 years and gave $22,000 to that Church last year. Rubs shoulders with other black racist preachers.
|
I know you're probably tired of hearing this, but I'll type it anyway.
Just because you're around people who are racist (or seem to be racist to the ones who feel that they're the victims) doesn't mean that you, yourself is racist.
Another thing..... Rev. Wright should have kept like half of his message out of his sermons because there's no place in church for that, but I'd just like to know, exactly what part of his sermons were point blank racist? I'd just like to know.

Third, the guy has but 2 years experience in Congress compared to McCain's 21 and McCain has a track record of working with both parties yet Obama does not.
|
Experience means nothing now. People are just tired of seeing the same ol', same old. That's a true statement if you look at not only these past primaries, but the last 8 years as well.

Obama is a racist, marxist and hates white middle America and McCain is a Vietnam War Hero. Wow - easy choice to make.
|
Wow. So Vietnam war heros aren't racist? You're saying they can't hate Asians, let alone other races? Well, I guess if you're an Obama hater, everything bad you say about him MUST be true. And everything good about McCain MUST be accurate. Oh no, McCain CAN'T be racist despite the fact that he's a human like everyone else......

What's pathetic with people nowadays is that they'll spend hours trying to decide what kind of big screen TV to buy but won't put that research into figuring out which Presidential candidate has the best resume.
|
I'll agree that certain important values are ignored. BUT......

It's almost as if people even forgot about the concept of looking at the resume.
|
... like I said, RESUMES AND EXPERIENCE MEANS NOTHING ANYMORE. And you know why? Because you can have the greatest resume in the world and STILL screw up. Bush had more experience than Obama and ....... oh what's the point......
Vote for McCain.

Funny how no one ever asked if George Bush was a closet racist. Or Dick Cheney. Or John McCain. Or Hillary Clinton.
Are they?

I just say get a life. Its over. The man has separated himself from that and you constanly bring it up. Where in that do you have to ask is he a racist? Are you?

Nah, if Wright was white he would have been headline news for a couple of days and then it would have blown over pretty much like all the other incidents where a white person has made racist comments.

of course he has to be racist... the only reason he's still in this race is because he's black. I mean seriously, people say he's in it because he's "a good candidate". That's bull, he entered as a completely unknown senator.

Let's be honest now who in this world is totally without prejudice? I bet if Barak Obama had made a speech that white men need to be better fathers you all would have jumped all over this; but you all agreed when he said that black men need to step up to the plate and be better fathers. Though I don't see how anyone who is half white be completely prejudice against his own flesh and blood. I can see a million reason to call John McCain a racist as well, but some of your intentions in here is to totally paint a picture of hate and prejudice in regards to Barak Obama. What I see here is this, those of you who are quick to call him racist is doing so not only because you want to discredit him but because you hate the fact that he may actually be the first black president of this country. If you can have it your way some of you would rather see this country go to the dogs before you let a black man into the white house. I guess the name of the house should be taken litterally right....THE WHITE HOUSE....I guess if he does become president we will have to change the name to the "Colored House"
Tell me now, how many of you so called non-prejudice folks would actually welcome a black woman or man in your family as an inlaw? Some of you would probably disown or kill yourselves if your child or another relative were to marry a black person, yet you come in here crying racism. Well as the old saying goes, "It takes one to know one".
Another thing to keep in mind, Obama chose to become a Christian, which is totally against the beliefs of the Muslim religion; to be affiliated with both is like worshiping the God and the Devil at the same time, mixing oil with water......The two just don't and probably won't ever get along. Instead of trying to find everything negative about a person why not try to find the good within that person. As the bible states, "Let he who is without sin, cast the first stone".
GOD WHEN WILL THIS RACIAL CRAP END IN THIS COUNTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

......... I'm sick of this, but I know I'm going to have to hear it over and over.....
You're saying the only reason why Obama has gotten this far is because he's black, right?
THEN HOW COME JESSE JACKSON, AL SHARPTON, ALAN KEYES, CYNTHIA McKINNEY, MONICA MOOREHEAD, WALTER E. FAUNTROY, CHANNING E. PHILLIPS, CHARLENE MITCHELL, ELDRIDGE CLEAVER, SHIRLEY CHISHOLM, AND DOUGLAS WILDER NOT MAKE IT THIS FAR ?!?! They were all black. Shouldn't they have had the same pass Barack has..... oh, that's right.... they DIDN'T get a pass. Why? Because people didn't think they were right for the job. PERIOD.
Hey, we don't always get passes like you probably think.
And to answer Jadel's question.... NEVER, apparently.
