Default Barr is no Nadar

Agree or disagree Bob Barr is in the race to provide an alternative to the two poor choices American voters have this November. Pundits and naysayers on this board may think that Barr is just a spoiler for McCain. Barr gives conservatives a choice beyond the lesser of two evils. Maybe next time true conservatives won't be kicked to the curb. We deserve to have a choice and not be robbed of it. Feel free to agree or disagree, but as the MODs say DO NOT MAKE IT PERSONAL.

If McCain loses, it has nothing to do with Barr (or Paul write ins). It will have everything to do with conservatives being fed up with getting shafted by the GOP. W was the best candidate the gop had in 2000?! Now McCain? I hate to sound like a tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy nut, but this doesn't sit right.
Like him or not, Obama rattled the dnc in a way that has never been done before. Hillary was the heir to the throne, the dnc had backed her ---- but out of nowhere here came Obama. Why? I believe that it was because rank and file dems didn't want to continue a dynasty, and they weren't about to be told who they were going to vote for.
This, imho is a lesson that needs to be learned by reps, or they will risk having the gop split into a third party...for good.

I hate to disagree, but if Obama is forced or "encouraged" to pick her as his VP it does continue a dynasty of Bush/Cinton dating back to 1980!!!! Good Lord!! I maintain that Obama will have no choice but to pick this terrible woman as VP and it'll be at his own peril.

Back to the subject at hand conservative Republicans were fooled into backing W. They should have realized how much of a neo-con he was.
McCain IMO is a continuation of that.
