Oh the tables are getting turned on McCain and the Rs. The Christian group Matthew 25 started running a radio ad supporting Barack Obama, in Colorado Springs today. The head of the group is the former head of Christian outreach for Kerry-Edwards 2004.

Even the senior national correspondent for Pat Robertson's CBN, David Brody, stated how effective the radio spot is: "I think the ad is EXTREMELY strong. It stays away from public policy and really focuses in his personal commitment to Christ. That is a type of message that Evangelicals will want to hear ... You won't find any John McCain radio spots on Christian radio right now.

Chip, chip, chipping away at a group the McCain figured would come around once late October gets here and some 527 ads come up with the entire "Muslim" thing going on.

The ad anticipates trouble, and addresses it head-on. It implicitly acknowledges that the audience may have seen those ridiculous smear e-mails, and it's "hard to know what to believe." That's why, the Matthew 25 Network argues, Christians have a duty to consider a person's testimony.

Good move for Obama

Default Was McCain lying then, or lying now? NOW

Once again McCain denied that he never said he was weaker on economics than miltiary and foregeign affairs. This morning on ABC he lied again, and the lady (Robin Roberts??) at ABC let him get away with it.

He did it to Russert during a debate and Russert stuck it right up his a** on Meet The Press.

Note to any mainstream media interviewer. When you question him on this, he will lie! Don't sit there with your "deer in the headlights" look on your pretty face, CALL HIM ON IT. Or is being all buddy buddy with "Mr. Straight Talk" that important to you.

Jeezalou this guy lies almost as much as Nixon.

What is new about that? Democratic chistian pastors have preached politics from the pulpit for years. Look at Obama's pastor Wright.
