Nope. I'm an african-american and i refuse to vote for either of these guys. I care about their issues stance, not their race.

My vote wouldn't change. I'm not voting for race, but for intellect, vision and integrity. I wouldn't vote for McCain if he were my favorite color, turquoise, and the only candidate.

NO political party in their right mind would push with someone with 162 days in the US Senate for a presidential candidate. Unless the person is a minority, which then becomes a "message" of a party.

The GOP has several people in top positions (#2 person in the Executive branch - active - is a black woman). But these people have EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE and top resumes. The GOP model is "the best man/woman gets the job", not the person of a certain race or a certain group or whatever.

If Obama was white, there was no way he'd be where he is today. Maybe in a few years he would, but not now.
This RACIST would say that poor blacks are poor because they are lazy and have no drive and want to live off the government but then says that when one does succeed it's because he had all the BREAKS of being black!!!??!?!...only REPUBLICAN blacks earn their success????:rolleyes :

Where DO these racist idiots come from!?!?!?

Here's where he really outdoes himself:

If black John McCain was an associate lawyer for 8 years, had served eight years in a state senate, 1/3 year in the US Senate, had no military background or exposure, and no real business experience, I would not promote him to President and Commander in Chief.

If a white Obama had served honorably in the military, 4 years as a US Representative, 10 years as a Senator, and proven his loyalty to this country many times over, I could make him President and Commander in Chief.

If a black McCain had so many unanswered questions about his loyalties, his true feelings about America, his wife who was a big question mark, and questionable 'religious' beliefs, I would want the candidate thoroughly vetted before he becomes POTUS.

So it's not about race, it's about experience.

Your forgetting that life has been stacked IN FAVOR of african Americans by the government. They can get into college easier, they get free money to go to college, they are able to get better jobs. If they live in the ghetto, well that is their own damn fault because no longer in our society does the race card work. The cards have been stacked in the minorities favor, what more should we do for them?!??! Hold their hand through college?!?!

We were not talking about them, we were talking about the poor people who live in ghetto's that, for some reason, you feel so much pity for. They should not be given any pity. I hate when poor people whine and talk about hating the rich, blah blah when their own destiny in their hands.
