Stallion? I thought Jesse cut his nuts off. Maybe you meant gelding as that is a more fit term for such an incompetent man.

His manparts are safe and warm in Michelle's testicular lockbox.

Since when? They couldn't get enough of him when he was the "maverick" Republican opposing Bush and other Republicans. He wasn't too boring then. Why is that? Well, it's simple. The mainstream media is ideology- and agenda-driven. And they skew their "news" coverage to advance both. McCain served their purpose for a while. But in Obama they have found a soul mate. If you think the mainstream media has any objectivity left you're naive, willfully blind or intellectually dishonest.

This is true. It's not .
But I must be confused .............. I didn't realize we're electing a public speaker. While I agree it's nice when we have a President who is also a great orator, that is not my top criteria in making my decision about who should be leading our country during such a critical time in our lives.
It's a sad, sad day if we've come to a point that we pick our leader based on how well they can read off a teleprompter.

Senile? Anyone in those ranks are hardly senile...hard headed maybe but that's the top of the game....there isn't a higher position to run for.
Did you or have you read about his accomplishments as a military official. Running a billion dollar under funded brigade and also bringing it up from about a 1/3 of the planes being grounded to all 75 flying proudly.
"McCain's management skills have yet to be publicized. After he came back from his 5 1/2 years as a POW, McCain took command of the Navy's largest squadron, a force of A-7 attack aircraft. It was the largest by a lot. Most such squadrons in those days numbered 12 to 25. McCain's numbered 75, putting him in charge of a budget of more than a billion dollars. This was during the post-Vietnam years, when Washington was cutting back on the military budget, and the McCain squadron was short on parts, maintenance crews, and even fuel. Some 25 of his aircraft were permanently disabled "hangar queens." Morale was low. In what John Lehman, secretary of the Navy in the Reagan administration, has called "a near miracle of leadership and management," McCain restored morale and got all 75 A-7s up and running. Fellow officers did not think it was possible, which brings us to the question of character.
After leaving Hanoi, McCain never was expected to fly again, such was the condition of his poorly treated injuries. The injuries included two broken arms, a broken leg, a broken shoulder, and the consequences of stab wounds to the groin and ankle. Navy doctors told him he never would achieve "flight status" again. In a show of exemplary fortitude, the young pilot undertook grueling physical therapy. He not only flew again but also took command of his squadron and rebuilt it. Then he became Navy liaison to the Senate, where, by working with hawkish Republicans and Democrats, he helped reverse the decline of the military and lay the foundation for the Reagan military buildup that bankrupted the USSR.
In McCain's biography, we see leadership, managerial skills, an ability to work with senators on both sides of the aisle, and a vigilance about national security that we do not see in his opponent. McCain will not need the cheap tricks of a presidential campaign to win on Election Day. His biography will be sufficient."
The point is since Obama has barely a tidbit of history you have to go on his past and whatever that is. If you choose to believe the words of a politician as to what they will or won't do may prayers are with you. If you follow the history off them and make a educated guess as to where they actually would stand I'm all for it.
If your just wanting anyone but Bush he's not running again
If you want Barack for his gracefulness the blinders must be very large.
"U.S. Senator John McCain has a long career of public service.
After graduating from the Naval Academy in 1958, John McCain began his career as a Naval aviator. In 1982, he was elected to Congress representing what was then the first congressional district of Arizona. In 1986, he was elected to the United States Senate to take the place of Arizona's great Senator Barry Goldwater. Senator McCain is currently the senior senator from Arizona.
In 2000, Senator McCain ran unsuccessfully for the Republican nomination for President of the United States. He is currently the Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Armed Services. He also serves on the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation, and the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs."
Does that really sound senile?Let's not disgrace his contributions. He has done a lot in his career...much more than those that bash him for it.
When comparing the two here's what I see: (flip flopping aside from both parties)
An older more seasoned politician that chooses his words wisely vs. Young pumped up ready to roll without experience saying and following anything that is popular all the while not taking his time with what he says. (that can be verified by a 2nd press confrence after every single time he seems to speak)....
see what had happened was....

Excellent post! I would only add that he turned down a star when he retired from military service, indicating the trust and respect he had earned from his superiors.
