I can only name only one, maybe, the McCain-Feingold Act on campaign reform. Not sure how much reform we got with that act, the campaign process is still a mess and the stupid ads on TV keep coming.

Of course, I guess we can count as accomplishment that he used his office to shelter Charles Keating, one of the S&L crooks. What's the euphemism for that sort of thing, "constituent service" or some other political double speak.

And don't forget how he dumped a great wife, after running around on her like a dog in heat, then marrying rich miss hottie to finance his way into public office.

All huge accomplishments for a guy finished 854th in a class of 859 at the USNA, another of his stunning achievements.

Actually, it is SHE, Cruella, who has the beer fortune. Inherited, of course.

mccain has accomplished plenty in his life. he has served in the senate forever. that is like being a 10-10 pitcher on the KC royals for 20 years and never being sent to the minors. now he expects the hall of fame! what a joke.
