He left the Republican party because he thought Bush/Cheney were "too liberal"

What a shame it isn't Baldwin vs Nader... that way the people would win and the Constitution restored.

People are too afraid to go against what they know. they grip to what they think they know, even though the parties they thought they gripped are closer to Socialism and Fascism. If they were correctly labeled few would cling so tightly.

Bush/Cheney are too liberal.

Liberals support war. PC socialist peaceniks do not.

Do not confuse RINO neo-bolshevism with true conservatism.

Who??

No, sorry - I like the idea of a third party candidate, but it will take one helluva person, working tirelessly for years, to gain enough attention to be a viable candidate. Right now, a vote for a third party candidate is at best a protest vote (i.e., you know you're voting for a person who has a zero chance of winning ... unless you live on the Moon, you know it's going to be McCain or Obama); at worst, it's throwing your vote away.

Yes. This is where my vote is going. I cannot stand either candidate in the main parties. Government is out of control and totally corrupt.

Bush is a stinking Lib. That's why the government operates the way it does. Look at this stupid bill he went along with, with Adolf.....I mean Nancy.

The constitution party has a great platform, very reminiscent of ron pauls. However, I just cannot get over the religousity that seems so entwined with the constitution party itself. Ask yourselves this.....what if baldwin was a jew or muslim or hindu yet still made it a point to interject his religion to this degree onto the platform? Would it still feel benign or right?
Any religion getting wrapped up thisclose with a partys views and platforms makes me nervous, and gun shy. As a result, I can not vote for him.

I am not religious and I do not care about anyone's religion. It's a none factor to me. I like the rest of their platform, so I will vote for them.
