"At one point, the lights went off in the House and the microphones were turned off in the chamber, meaning Republicans were talking in the dark. But as Rep. John Shadegg (R-Ariz..) was speaking, the lights went back on and the microphones were turned on shortly afterward."

Thumbs down Republicans: "nasty dog food"

Who seriously cares to listen to the GOP? They totally screwed over the nation & now want Americans to take them seriously [delusional to the max

They can talk to each other. Nobody else wants to hear what they have to say.

That is funny you say that when the entire country is looking for relief from the oil prices and are getting it from who else, the republicans.

How ironic is it that your demwits on congress wont vote on this but their messiah leader is now for oil drilling.

The demwit party is in chaos, why cant they work together for once?

Obama is for oil drilling and our lame congress is against it. How nice!

So you DO want us to work together !!! So you would therefore be amenable to a leader who would not only strive to but also have the leadership skills to successfully bring together opposing sides to find some compromise and therefore move forward!!! Hooray!

Do you think it's right that Pelosi would refuse to allow a vote on the matter of drilling?
Why do the Democrats support such a thing? Are they doing it for YOU? What is right about blocking a vote? Aren't our elected represetatives there for that very purpose -- to vote? This woman is so full of herself and her power that it's sickening.
