Despite having the free entertainment of country music star John Rich, premiering his new song paying tribute to the candidate, a McCain rally in the Florida Panhandle was only able to attract several hundred people.

That's just a tiny fraction of the thousands of people who typically show up for John Rich at his own concerts. Mighty embarrassing since it leads to only one conclusion...McCain kept the crowd for Rich down.

Remember all the right wing spin about how Obama's big crowds were due to free concerts given beforehand? Well, I guess this puts that to rest.

Check out McCain's embarrassing turnout :

I suspect the folk at NAS Pensacola and most of the military dominated pahnhandle might be inclined to vote for a Navy pilot and hero.

Mr Upton, I know you try hard to spin your leftist junk, but no one is listening. McCain is now even in all the polls, and heading up. It's not to late for you to join the winning side, come on over. It will be a lot easier on you in November when the demo's are all crying...

If anybody thinks that Obama can win the panhandle of Florida, they are crazy. That is Republican country.

LOL! So McCain tried to COPY Obama and fell flat on his pudgy face!

The polls may have McCain creeping up but MOTIVATED people actually GO to political events like speeches and voting booths.

Doesn't sound like McCain motivated too many even by copying Obama!
