You said, 'grade quotas', I am well aware of the painful debates that occur in our miserable 'academic council' meetings in which we discuss grade inflation and how to combat it ad nauseum, I can assure you, there are no racially based 'grade quotas' that exist in any institution of higher education.

Now there are issues that can get complex when it comes to admissions, but in the classroom itself, every place I've been involved with, your grade is based on your academic ability, and that alone (well, there was that one case were that student and that professor had, uh, a relationship not sanctioned by the school, but that resulted in a loss of a job )
