CNN.com - Biden: Rumsfeld should step down - Jun 4, 2006

Quote:
Biden told NBC's "Meet the Press" that the accountability for Haditha and other alleged atrocities in Iraq should go all the way up to Rumsfeld.
Quote:
"It's absolutely wrong in the face of Haditha, before you know what's gone on, to call for the resignation of anybody," said retired Air Force Maj. Gen. Don Shepperd, now a CNN military analyst. "Put this in perspective. Do you fire the police chief every time one of his officers does something wrong? No."
They were exonerated Joe, buddy. As with that traitorous Murtha, you pass judgement before all the facts are known.

How about for convicting the marines unjustly? I realize that's something the left could care less about, but it would be the right thing to do.

No need to google anything, the media is providing plenty of statements by old Joe.

Didn't Rumsfield step down anyway? They were exonerated by the military which has always protected its own. So who really knows if they are guilty or not?

They have nothing better to do but that. They're avoiding the truth! They rather look for conjecture and falsehoods!

"We can't get rid of the president; he's there for two-and-a-half more years," Biden said. "There is a system of accountability. ... When you make serious mistakes, you step forward and you acknowledge them and you walk away."

Is he going to step up and acknowledge his decision to say Obama was not fit to be president?

Anybody willing to speak their mind as bluntly as he does is going to have many many many quotes that can be used against him. Obama made the right decision with this guy.

I don't guess it would occur to you that military courts tend to cover for their own???

Or that US soldiers have been convicted for crimes/murders/rapes against Iraqi civilians when the evidence was just too overwhelming for a cover up???

Of course that must be it! How silly of me. How could it possibly be that our marines were actually innocent?

The left truly does hate the military and all it's stand for, don't they?

Spare us your political correctness please! Those that really hate our militay cover up for the small fraction of those soldiers who are war criminals.

Not only do you spit on the innocent civilians these murderers killed, you make the whole US military look bad, and give our enemies perfect propaganda material to use against us.

Right wing whiney ttty babies can cry all they want to when someone dares utter a criticism about a few thugs in our military.... I could care less
