I heard a liberal on MSNBC, this was his exact quote

"The city of Denver is locking up the souls, the true spirit of the Democratic party because they are afraid of the way America is progressing."

Yup, I think that pretty much sums up the Democrats taking over Denver this week.

They haven't locked anyone up YET. Just the act of building these cages is intimidating. What are these guys up to?

Are they building it in real anticipation of using them?

Are they building them so if they don't use them they can say. "
Well, we are soooooo UNITED? The division is just a fiction" ?

The cages look pretty horrible to the outside world. Almost exaggerated and staged.

Some of us are old enough to remember the Democratic Convention in Chicago in 1968.
And I suppose these people do, too: Recreate 68
I get the feeling that the "Freedom Cage" might hinder more than help.
How much did that thing cost? Did taxpayers fund it? Ouch.
Who is going to voluntarily enter the cage?
But perhaps any protests, no matter where they are located, will go down peacefully.

It is unfair to ask this at such a late hour for most Americans, but does ANYONE THINK THAT IT IS GOOD IDEA to build these cages? Except the fencing company and its employees.

The Dems are chicken, just like they were in '68. (Yep, I am old enough to remember it and even had friends insane enough to go to protest there). I think they deserve anything they get.
