Very good speech. He really pointed out what we are in for if we have four more years of this Bush/McCain mess. I have a hard time understanding how anyone, other that the very, very rich, would possibly even think of voting for McCain. I really wish people would just think.

And I really wish that libs would not resort to class warfare. Rich people employ the rest of us...you know that, right? If not for "them" you must rely upon the Govt.

Oh.

That is what you want. Okay.

I'll put my money with the rich guys. Always a chance of me getting there. And, this country has been pretty good to me. The more effort I put in...funny thing...the better financially I've done.

He could have talked for hours and I'll not tire listening. His speaking is always flawless and knowledge is beyond words.

The title of this thread is about his speech, if you didn't watch, you know not what is being talked about.

Think of the difference if Gore had been elected president. Excuse me, he was elected but the SC decided to appoint Bush. Anyway I can think of 4100 Americans that would still be alive. For that matter, we might not have been attacked on 9/11. Who says elections don't matter?

Thumbs up Al Gore's speech

Better than I anticipated. Eight years ago, the talk was all about how "wooden" Al was in his appearances.

Well, it is still baseball season. But if you'd rather--it was also a TOUCHDOWN!

I think sadly 9-11 was coming regardless of Pres but I do agree about Iraq .
