What is there to revisit? Oil's traded on the global market and it goes to the highest bidder. That may or may not be us. End of story.

How closed-minded can you be? I am all of those things you named, I do not get hand outs of any kind, and I am a democrat! I like to look at the big picture, not just what is best for me.

"doesn't need government handouts to provide for her family."

Isn't all of Alaska on some kind of federal payouts for every household? That's why Alaska had such a surplus when other states are running in the negative.
Maybe then Palin can tell us how *HER* party started with a huge surplus less than eight years ago and have now mortgaged the future for at least two generations of the children the Repubs claim to care so much about.

Do you think that Mr. Bush is the only POTUS who had conversations with God?

Crack a book, they are your friends.

You might be surprised at the party affiliation of the "other" nutjob POTUS that talked to God.

Your boy, Barry, is a fool...and the dems are starting to get a little cranky!

Oooops. Got to go. Need-more-popcorn.

And, I also think if the Golden Child had picked Hillary, McCain WOULD have picked Palin. You dems really don't realize that McCain is a very smart guy and Barry is NOT. Buyers remorse? Just a bit? Hillary was a better candidate.

That McCain is "old"...I do believe the uber caring and evolved libs were against age discrimination? Oh, sorry that was then this is now.

And speaking of kicking the bucket in office...Old Barry smokes (secret smoker, how very impressive) and is a black man, whose parents died at an early age. One from alcoholism, one from cancer. Tsk-tsk. Sounds like it could be bad odds on Barry. And what about that kid Biden? TWO brain anneurisms!

Democrats. Same old crappy socialist stuff from 30 years ago. Party of change. Now that is funny.
why do you call him Barry...I don't get it

This is fascinating.

Complaint number one: we know NOTHING about Palin!

Complaint number two: Palin is this! And that! And another thing!

No wonder mac is pulling away.

Oil is a GLOBAL COMMODITY...do you know what that means? If we drill here and add to the international supply, the investors make more money and we pay the same as we are today. There is not a shortage of oil...They (investors) currently are making a 50% profit off of us comapred to the 1% in the 90's. The price is set and adjusted GLOBALLY.... If and when we drill here, you may feel a .03 decrease within a FEW YEARS of drilling...

Do you think your going to pull up to your local Sunoco and they will magically have barrels upon barrels of oil from our shores sitting around?

What would stop - oh, I don't know - OPEC cutting their supplies to offset the new oil flooding the market?
