I'm just trying to figure out why someone would vote for this guy.

Please tell me you plan on voting for this for some other reason than he can 'talk good' or he's telling you all the right words.

Please also don't bring up that he has a good voting record. As I recall he wsa the only Senator who didn't vote for the Baby Protection Act.

C'mon Democrats....it's time to think this through instead of voting for someone just because you dont like the other party.

Can you seriously say he's going to change anything in the US when he hasn't done anything for the state of Illinois?

What truly is amazing is that someone has to even ask this question.

Because he's not John McCain.

Like I said....one good reason.

C'mon someone....I hope for just one good reason.

Please tell me you're not voting for him because he speaks better than McCain.

He speaks a lot worse than Obama, and Obama refused a 1 on 1 debate with McCain.

One good reason? Just one?

He spoke out against invading Iraq in 2002, John McCain said we should attack Iraq three months after 9/11.

Good enough?

1. He's a Democrat... I wouldn't vote Republican, no matter who the candidate, and we only have 2 major parties to choose from.

2. All we've had thus far are white men, and they haven't exactly done a great job as of late. Time for something new! I would have been happier with a woman, but at least Americans are giving somebody non-white-male a chance.

3. I agree with his stance on most of the major issues, or at least the ones I care about.

Is that enough?

He has a plan to fix the budget the Republicans got us in debt

He will allow people to have health care

Make it easier for people to go to college

Isnt stuck in the mindset of Iraq is happy fun land

Instead of asking anyone else why not listen to his speech the other night. Of course you wont because anything other than your views are wrong. Cant embrace anything but what you think is right. Sad, but I will listen to McCain, I know I agree with some of his views. As a whole however I think Obama is better for this country.
