Thumbs up The Palin Catastrophe continues: Gallup Obama 50% McCain 42%

For the first time in both tracking polls, today Rasmussen and now Gallup has shown that Obama has broken 50%

While these numbers will surely change after the GOP convention, it should be importatant to note that Palin is seriously hurting McCain and is not drawing in any female voters. At all.

It's turning out that Obama is gettting a bigger bounce from Palin's suckiness than they did from the Convention!!

This is bad for the GOP. The Convention was a one time shot. They're stuck with Palin.

Yeah, it doesn't surprise me. Obama's speech was outstanding and both Bill and Hillary did a good job of calling out the troops to support him (so much for the power of PUMA eh?).

In the final analysis it's likely that the percentage of Democrats voting for McCain will probably turn out to be a bit over 10% - which puts it pretty close to historical norms (there are ALWAYS a certain percentage of crossover voters).

This post is not worded correctly and is typical of you Obamatrons trying to make something out of nothing. This is NOTHING and I have posted a thread that lets the independent voter know that you are just trying to manipulate them. It is worded as a more intelligent poster would do it not as you robots like to do things.

I still have very little faith in the wisdom of the american electorate to make the right decision, but this is definitely a step in the right direction.
