At least he's not giving the other candidate free pub like Palin. That worked out really well for the Dems in '04.

Stride? Back to senate or "community organizer"?

I'm just waiting for the crowd to start chanting -- SILVER SHAMROCK!!!

My remote went [Power Off] when McCain started preaching that he'll fight against those who would spend our money on things we don't want and 'we'll know their names'... what a joke. Of course we know their names, the pink elephant in that room is Bush/Cheney/Rove/Rumsfeld and the rest of the merry men (in spirit), his BEST BUDS! This guy is quite literally insane!

Then you have pageant Palin sitting big'n'tall adjacent to her pregnant underage teenager daughter w/ her token boyfriend (and 'supposed' father); protesters being ejected while everyone eerily chants U.S.A. (might as well be saying, WITCH-WITCH-WITCH) and you have the recipe for one of the most bizarre Republican National Conventions of modern times... it's like watching the Twilight Zone.

I strongly believe McCain will lose, but I just hope that it's a huge landslide. No candidate of the same party HAS EVER been passed the torch with a POTUS disapproval rating as low as Bush. IMO, These people need to be laughed off the stage for insulting the intelligence me and my fellow like minded Americans.

I have to give it up to the protesters though... kind of reminded me of McCain's various Univ. speeches in recent months. It takes courage to go in there, case in point the veterans against the war, especially amidst that crowd; everyone smiling and chanting at the ejection of fellow Americans, McCain's sneer leading all other sneers/jeers, seems kind of macabre...

Why? Because I've already taken 20 shots of whiskey from the other "POW" mentions tonight?

Or did you think I wanted to shoot him?

He can always write another book or make some serious coin giving motivational speeches. Hell, he could put Tony Robbins outta business.
