Talking The real difference between a Democrat & Republican
A Republican & a Democrat were walking down the street when a homeless guy comes up to them and ask for some change. The Republican pulls out his wallet and gives the guy a twenty the man says thank you and they continue walking. Soon they come up on another homeless guy and the Democrat says I got this one, so she reaches in and pulls out the Republicans wallet takes out a hundred dollars puts it in her pocket hand the homeless guy some paper work and tells him to fill it out send it in with 3 forms of ID and proof his is homeless and she well make sure he gets him at least $5 or even $10 emergence assistance in 2 to 4 weeks.

You forgot about the "republican" (I think you meant RINO in your joke) also stealing a hundred dollar bill from the white collar middle class guy and running down to the Federal Reserve and placing it in Ben Bernanke's pocket for a job well done in seizing private businesses.
