Seriously, I work two jobs and have no insurance coverage, medical or dental. I want to hear from supporters of Obama and McCain, what will your candidate do for me and my health insurance problem?

What, specifically, would you like the President to do?

As I understand it Obama's plan will make your employer provide insurance for you. The problem with this depending on the size of your employer may cause the employer to cut back on the number of employees. In addition it may make it more difficult for some people to gain employment if they have health issues that would make them more costly to insure.

I believe that McCain's plan is to use the free market to make insurance less costly for you to buy individually.
Since my insurance needs are under control, I have not looked into their plans in too much detail.

Wow, advertising and rhetorical questions, are you McCain supporters?

Why should anyone but you be responsible for your health insurance?

Now that is a real answer. Thank you. Anyone care to elaborate on "use the free market to make insurance less costly?" That doesn't seem to be working out for the employed poor in Idaho, at least. I know, I am working with a pool of employees who have no insurance and can't afford to buy it.

Hopefully nothing. It's not the government's job to provide you health insurance.

Rumor has it that McCains' plan, involves allowing you to go out and find one better job. If you cant find one better job where you live, he will allow you to start your own company, or, move to find another job....

But, we all know how false rumors can be because its impossible that any candidate will actually allow you to do something for yourself without the government holding your hand.

The US has a higher percentage of children living in poverty than any of the world's richest countries.
In fact, the report shows that 15% of American children - 10.7 million - live in families with incomes of less than $1,500 per month.
It also reveals 14% of the population - some 40 million Americans - lack the literacy skills to perform simple, everyday tasks such as understanding newspaper articles and instruction manuals.
