Yes. Although in local and state elections, I vote republican more often than not, since democratic party in PA, and in particular northeast PA, tends to be the corrupt political machine.
I was for Al Gore (yes, I am ashamed of it)... in the 2000 elections... in the 2005 elections, I was for Kerry but didn't vote cause I thought it would be an easy victory over Bush (guess, I made a big error in judgment)... but looking at hindsight... I don't think I made a big mistake... Kerry and Gore are two of the most worthless corrupt politicians I have seen (Bush was pretty much their equal)... so, I guess I am saying that we didn't have "good" choices then and we didn't have "good" choices now... I like Obama but I know he is a big-time socialist so I didn't like him... I don't like McCain either and think he would of been a "bigger" mistake than Obama... now that I have a taste for Obama, I will vote for whoever opposes him next time... I already had two terms of Bush.. I don't want a repeat of the same disaster with Obama...
No, it is basically the same as the Dem agenda, they just word it differently.
I always try and vote for an independent or 3rd party. yes, I know they rarely have a chance, but to me, it is my statement against the corrupt machine.
It depends. I've voted both republican, democrat, libertarian and independent in elections as it depends on what is currently going on in society and what that candidate has to offer to me.
If it was a Palin ticket vs. an Obama ticket, I would vote for Obama with no reservations (I did not vote for him in this past election, though).
Locally, I tend to vote for Republicans, but lately they've been making some really stupid mistakes so I really doubt they'll get my vote until they quit being D-bags.
I'm an Independent but what GOP agenda are you refering to and have they already picked a candidate? If so it's news to me. The closest I can answer is I would NEVER vote for a Democrat. Look what we are stuck with now.

And many could say they would NEVER vote for a Republican because of what Bush did.
That would be just as idiotic.
