Obama campaign sent THIRTY (30) lawyers and investigators to Alaska to try to dig dirt for their SMEAR CAMPAIGN !!!

The Bridge to Nowhere argument isn't going much of anywhere.

Despite significant evidence to the contrary, the McCain campaign continues to assert that Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin told the federal government "thanks but no thanks" to the now-famous bridge to an island in her home state.

The McCain campaign released a television advertisement Monday morning titled "Original Mavericks." The narrator of the 30-second spot boasts about the pair: "He fights pork-barrel spending. She stopped the Bridge to Nowhere."

Democrats Have “Air Dropped a Mini-Army” of 30 Investigators into Alaska to Dig Up Dirt on Sarah Palin

Wow! I think we actually have found a war that Democrats can really support! - The War against Palin!

The Hunt for Sarah October; City slickers invade Wasilla
September 9, 2008 - The Wall Street Journal

Democrats understand Sarah Palin is a formidable political force who has upset the Obama victory plan. The latest Washington Post/ABC Poll shows John McCain taking a 12-point lead over Barack Obama among white women, a reversal of Mr. Obama’s eight-point lead last month.

It’s no surprise, then, that Democrats have airdropped a mini-army of 30 lawyers, investigators and opposition researchers into Anchorage, the state capital Juneau and Mrs. Palin’s hometown of Wasilla to dig into her record and background. My sources report the first wave arrived in Anchorage less than 24 hours after John McCain selected her on August 29.

The main area of interest to the Democratic SWAT team is Mrs. Palin’s dismissal in July of her public safety commissioner. Mrs. Palin says he was fired for cause.

This has already been proven to be a lie. Try again.

Actually, it is very true. I personally witnessed no less than 5 media vans in the parking lot of the Palin family's church a week ago last Sunday. Including one from Japan, and one from Australia.

Everyone knows that the liberal scum have sent their ilk to Alaska. We have them corralled in Anchorage were we can keep an eye on them, but you never know, people do have a way of "mysteriously" disappearing in Alaska never to be seen or heard from again.

Thanks for the insight to it from a resident.

The DNC, obama and the party have sent their thugs to dig up dirt on her personal life. So much for the "new kind of politics".

If Obama is "REALLY" against "SMEAR" campaigning why in the world would he send 30 people up to Alaska?????

Oh yes, exactly. Because the scummy thing isn't that she's a liar. The scummy thing is that somebody found out about it.

Priorities and all that.

(shrug) Dunno. To save his country from innocently electing a lying, inexperienced, Bible-thumping, religion-crazed loony as Vice President, maybe?

Just a guess.
