That's quite an anti-American, pro-Russian position you have there. America, and the rest of the world, has always recognized S. Ossetia as part of Georgia.

It also sounds like you're a Obama supporter too!

OMG! Bush doctrine! Bush doctrine! OMG!!

Geez guys, the interview was a success, by all accounts. That's all you can come up with?

Let us not forget, she is on the bottom of the ticket. McCain has the expertise in FP/NS, she has Executive and Energy expertise. Pretty well rounded to me.

Maybe so but isn't it really true?

I don't think this is true. He started to say something then his look changed and that's when he asked he whatshe thought it meant. I think it caught him off guard when he realized that. He had a look like 'holy crap - she doesn't know what it is'.

I thought she was marvelous - everything McCain could hope for. She didn't hesitate, she didn't stumble, she didn't stutter, she didn't look like a deer in the headlights. She was confident, poised, relaxed and assertive. Very good!

I saw that look too. I think you hit the nail on the head. He was surprised...and ran with it.

If success is defined by deflecting the question while looking completely baffled, then yes the interview was a success.
Seriously, do you realize the Vice President is the President of the Senate? This idiot would be presiding over Senators both Democratic and Republican who have worlds more knowledge than her.

I think you might be disappointed. Clearly this was the toughest of the interviews.
