I doubt they'll find anything in his records that say he can't be president. If he had malignant melanoma that was still active his doctors wouldn't let him run; he'd be having treatment.

And as much as Obama smokes, he has a really good chance of developing lung cancer while in office. He is 47 and often in the 40s is when it is diagnosed.

The Dr. said if he has a recurrence he would be disqualified and incapacitated because of the difficulties of the treatment, during the time of treatment.
