I can't carry a note to save my life - this doesn't mean I can't support Obama does it?

Why am I not surprised that Andrew Sullivan would get all sweaty for show tunes?

God that was great Tigerlilly.

I could never come up with anything "origina" like that, but now that it's started someone could do an entire series like that with all the "best known" songs from all the popular musicals.

Ohhhhh Kla Homa, where the wind comes right behind the rain, and the Sooners 'wake, to see a snake, and realize that it's McCain, ooooo!

Some Enchanted Evening, you may see a stranger, warning you of danger, from the Prince of Darkness on the right.

(From Southpark, Bigger, Longer and Uncut) OOOOOOh, John's Veep is a >>>>>. I decided to self-censor this one out of respect to any candidate, regardless of how unqualified. And change it to.

(To the tune 'Blame Canada')
Blame Obama, for the nasty things we say,
Blame Obama, because we can't get our way.
Should we blame the lobbyists for filling up my head,
Should we blame the soldiers cause it's our fault their dead,
No, Blame Obama, I wanted to do town halls,
Blame Obama, I keep saying he has no balls.
But if you take this issue and really look at it,
You'll see that like on everything else I'm really full of s**t.

I'll try to think of some more for "Beauty and the Beast", "Dreamgirls" and maybe some other musicals.

Il ove Andrew Sullivan's writing.

Weird video.

I think West Side Story would be better. The Jets vs the Sharks.

There's a place for us,
Somewhere a place for us.
Peace and quiet and open air
Wait for us...somewhere.
There's a time for us,
Some day a time for us.
Time together and time to spare,
Time to look, time to care
Some day! Somewhere!
We'll find a new way of living,
Will find there's a way of forgiving
Somewhere...
There's a place for us,
A time and place for us.
Hold my hand and we're halfway there
Hold my hand and I'll take you there
Somehow...Some day...Somewhere...

Palin's would be a version of the Beatles "Ticket to Ride"

She's got a reason to hide
She's got a reason to hi-i-ide
She's got a reason to hide
And we don't care.
My country don't care.
