Are you referring to his health? If so, remember Bush was an alcoholic. Not only has McCain had cancer but he was also a POW. I am sure that experience was not good for his physical or mental/emotional health.

Lucillle the anonymous waitress said that since Barack is trying to look like he quit smoking cigarettes he needs something to take the edge off, so he keeps a bottle of vodka with him at all times and takes a swig whenever he needs to. Unfortunately, that constant alcohol consumption makes him very tired so before public appearances he'll do just a little crack to give him the energy to get through it. Sometimes if there's a break he'll take another hit. I know it's true, cause Lucille said so!
