Americans need to wake up...we lose on many levels by fighting this "war" in Iraq. War is NOT the answer...doesn't matter how many years we keep it up.

That's a story you don't hear much about. Do you have any links?

Isn't it a sad situation that our BROTHERS AND SISTERS are being used as PING-PONGS in Iraq as our corrupt, over-payed good for nothing politicians except their great BENEFITS PACKAGE, paid for by me and you...THE AMERICAN TAXPAYER!!!!!!!

As a veteran of the war in Iraq, I'm touched that you are all concerned about the path this war has taken. Obviously a lot of assets have been lost or wasted in this war, and contrary to what your president states, it's going to continue. The one thing I have a hard time believing is the 8000 soldiers that you state are attempting to refuse deployment. I'm thinking maybe whoever is throwing those numbers around are including the no-shows from the IRR activation the govt previously attempted. Either way, that's a lot of swinging richards that are going over the hill. 8000=2 combat brigades. Is there a link for this?
