How could any American say that there was a time in their life they did not love America? People here crow about what Mrs. Obama said about being proud but she NEVER said there was a time in my life I didn't love America.
Well who did say "I didn't love America..."????
John Sidney McCain III that's who.

LOL...I noticed some of the comments were along the lines of "taken out of context"...well, that can be said about Michelle Obama's quote also.

I can look at the clip and say he meant he had never realized how much he loved America or the depths of his love but that is not what he said.

I think he said he had to be tortured and imprisoned before he realized what a good thing he had.

Apparently they tortured his finger. This is his excuse for not knowing how to operate a computer.

I don't know why the right wingers here aren't as repulsed by this as they were by Mrs. Obama. Where is Wings O G? Where is Sanjaya?
This is America love it or leave it? John McCain said "I really didn't love America
untill I was deprived of her company". Where is the outrage?

And where the hell is his flag pin!!!!!!!

Notice how the right/repubs aren't defending this one. I guess the dems are too classy to make something out of almost nothing, that's why no one is really running with this comment made by McCain decades ago.
If only the repubs would to the same thing.

NO kidding. Jeeze he gave the most heartwarming compelling insight into his evolution since being a young pilot. It was all laid out very clearly.

NICE you hate the guy and never watched anything he ever said, just get your info from Bathtub Boy Olberman.

I often hear good honest Americans who love their country saying things like "This country has gone to cr*p" or "This is no longer the country that it used to be" and many other things. It doesn't mean that they hate America but that they are unhappy with Where America is going. Is this election now turning into a "Silly Boy Lemon" contest? The candidates policies are being left far behind to the point that no one really knows the policies anymore. Too interested in turning this whole Election into a petty cat fight over everything except substance.
