Hmmm....

Doesn't Nancy Pelosi have ties to California?

Tell the folks in North Dakota that she's thinking straight.

First Califonia has to stop embracing **** and get their financial house in order. California needs to think of others. California is not a good model for the rest of the country. The fact that they are overwhelming Democratic is a testament to their lack of morals.

This is the truth.

California has been the only state that actually welcomes everyone in, then they come vote for craziness, act like fools on our beaches, soon they realize "it's expensive here" and they are broke... so they complain on the internet and leave.

California should just secede imo.

I hope those few who feel they are above us all, will think twice before acting out.
It's OK. We know that y'all and your leader WILL be monitoring Americans who don't agree with them and that your Messiah will work hard to restrict the First Amendment. We're ready.

And let the chips fall where they may. The Federal Government is NOT responsible for making California's payroll. They got themselves into the mess, they need to get themselves out. This is not an unforeseen natural disaster -- it's a disaster of their own making. Since the Guvernator has become a Kennedy, let the Kennedys bail out Cali.

I'm SO glad you mentioned a hurricane! Have you noticed that NO ONE is talking about Hurricane Ike anymore just several weeks after the fact? And despite the fact that it severely affected the nation's FOURTH LARGEST CITY?

This is in STARK contrast to the years of ineptitude, whining, hand-wringing and celebrities begging for N.O. State and local Democratic leadership in action, folks!

Maybe an Earthquake will put a large chunk of California out of its misery -- FAR more likely than a "hurricane punishing the rest of Texas." Time for you to get a new drool cup.

I just figured the Bush administration would start now since they are not allowed to listen to pillow talk from the troops anymore, what else have they to do!

LMFAO @ "lack of morals" and "promotion of ****"

I just LOVE how the bible-belt necon freaks are sooooooo for family morals yet they vehemently support Sarah Palin with her underage, unwed, knocked up daughter.

West Coast/California, Northeast/New York ARE good role-models. You should aspire to it. They are the absolute definition role models which is why they are the most important and influential places in the Country and only place people really care about and we are invading your little red states to teach you uncivilized paupers better so get used to it.

Hunker up in your little podunk town, go hug your bible, clasp onto your McCain/Palin yard sign and weep as we come in and rob you of the past. The world is changing you fart.

Here it is -- California can't even pay its own teachers and law enforcement officials? Why should THE REST OF THE COUNTRY have to pay them????

California may need $7 billion federal loan - CNN.com

Quote:
Lockyer said that unless the national economic crisis subsides and California can secure private short-term loans "the state's cash reserves would be exhausted near the end of October."

"Payments for teachers' salaries, nursing homes, law enforcement and every other state-funded service would stop or be significantly delayed," Lockyer said. "And California's 5,000 cities, counties, school districts and special districts would face the same fate."
What a bunch of losers! Other states have a "Rainy Day Fund." Oh, but it "never rains in Southern California..." hahahahahahahaha

Typical Texas bravado from someone who doesn't know what the Sh*t she is talking about. There is no way you can compare Ike and Katrina. Having lived through both, I know the difference. Go back to your little insulated world where Republicans are your saviors.

Let me guess -- if you supposedly "survived both" then you were one of the Katrina victims that TEXAS RESCUED AND EVACUATED while the Dems in Louisiana whined and did nothing -- and you never left Texas.
