You're admitting that she needs it?

She promised to cooperate - that was before the GOP "vetting team" showed up in Alaska.

needs it? Just because someone pleads the 5th doesn't make them guilty.

We ALL know that this isn't going to go anywhere.

I would be more concerned about Obama committing treason.

This "investigation" has been compromised by the partisan hack in charge, who also happens to be an obama supporter.

This matter belongs with the Office of Personnel, not with the legislature.

It has turned into a political witch-hunt.

Good move on her part.

If it isn't going anywhere why are they trying to stall till after the 4th of November? That makes no sense. If I am suspected of some crime, and no charge has been filed, I am the first to contact those investigating and to cooperate as fully and expeditiously as possible so as to put the matter to rest. But then, I'm innocent.

That remains to be seen, I'm betting it will hurt her.

Because we all know that it's wise to plead the 5th if you are completely innocent.

stall?

Wow I didn't know the legal process can be stalled by suspect.

Evidence is Evidence. If they had enough of it then they would've went for impeachment.

I don't know of any prosecutors who rely on the suspect's testimony to win his/her case.

As I stated else where, the investigation panel consists of 10 Republican and 5 Democrats.

Are you saying the Republican party is out to get her as well?

Just more of the same..just like all the people in Bush's administration that thumb their noses at even congressional subpoenas and refuse to abide by the laws that the rest of us mere mortals must obey. Do we really, really want yet another administration that is above the law?
