Fantastic! She needs to start on John McCain! He is riddled with melanoma...

She also claims she is going to fix America's fiscal mess, yet embraces McCain's economic vision, which just so happens to be Bush's.

Default Mrs Palin if your nasty

I'll vote for Palin if she can answer this question to my satisfaction:

Did we used to ride dinosaurs to church bareback? Or with a saddle?

This woman is like most fundamentalist Christians, that is, anti science.

Think about it: A woman gets raped 48 hours previously and she is against this woman aborting any pregnancy with the "morning after" pill.

Say hello to the American Taliban

Hey all. I did a search on the forum looking for "cancer" and got directed here. Has nothing to do with this thread but I didn't come here looking for politics either, so please take this with a "grain" of patience and understanding.

My mother has just finished chemo and radiation for breast cancer. Her hair is just beginning to be long enough not to wear a wig. I thought the worst was over but apparently not. Her latest PET scan shows she has 5 "hotspots" in her chest. One is 9 mm in her lungs. We now have to wait - WAIT - to see what the xrays and biopsies tell us.

I know I am being over-sensitive at this moment, but guys, please think twice before you post something that is meant to be some sort of "statement" but to others could be something hurtful.

"Palin Cures Cancer" ??? If only she, or someone, could.

This post will probably be moved or deleted, but I really needed to say this. I am sorry if I interrupted the interesting bon mots, and again I apologize for being overly sensitive right now. So, go ahead and rip me to shreads.

Maybe a tanning bed will actually cure cancer?

No one wants to rip you to shreds. I'm so sorry your family is having to go through this. May your mom have a quick and complete recovery and may your family be blessed.

I will pray for your mother and for you. You might also post under religion forum, sticky prayer requests.
