I use to listen to conservative talk radio all the time but I am getting so tired of the constant spin, talking points and negative comments about both Barrack Obama and Joe Biden. I have some serious reservations about the two men but give them lots of credit and believe that they are both strong leaders and could be a great President and Vice President.
When you listen to Conservative Talk radio everyone is black and white. Obama is ALL Bad and Palin is just wonderful.
I will remember this spin when I want to fire an employee I do not like who works for me. It shows that you can make anyone look bad if you know how to spin.
Better black and white, or should that be white and black, no, maybe not, anyway, better black and white than various shades of gray, isn't it? Yay or nay, no maybes. Don't you listen to left-radio? I'm sure it's the same there, but much more visceral, I don't know. I can only relate what I heard about randi roads on air america, and from what I've had the inopportunity to read about her. Where's Al when he's needed?
Conservative talk radio is equal time for all the bull crap positive spin the Liberal media puts up for Obama and Biden on their networks. At least Conservative talk radio is honest about who they are. The "news" media tries to disguise themselves as "Objective reporters" when it is obvious most of them are in the bag for Obama. If you want Positive Spin on Obama and Biden, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CNN, and CBS are all available to you 24/7.
Bill Moyer's Journal had a segment on on Sept. 12 about shock-jock media. It was very good. It was especially disturbing the information about the murderer, Jim Adkission, who opened fired on the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Church in July. His talk of wanting to stop liberals from ruining America sounds too much like the talk of some of the far-right wing on this forum.
I guess it is no surprise that the police found books by Hannity, Limbaugh, and Savage in his home and that he was a fan of those shock jocks.
(And before some go nuts and say that I said that people who read those books or liking those entertainers are all going to go out and kill liberals, that is not what I said.)
