The deal severely dilutes existing shares of the company.

Management at the firm will be fired as part of the deal

I just read this.....BRIDGE LOAN? So in other words, a company that did poor investing with it's clients money is taking out a bridge loan to sell off assets that no one wanted to buy curently, will depreciate by the minute AND during a time when most companies are eating their previous investments? WTF is the Fed thinking? Oh wait....they are playing with the houses (our) money.

The Fed is making the loans. Those 12 banks will be held responsible when AIG finally collapses, right? RIGHT??!!

It doesn't matter. Between the currency the Fed has pumped into the system lately and Fannie/Freddie, inflation is going to eat us alive very soon. I hope everyone is good at growing their own food and raising animals to slaughter. Palin is ready. Are you?
