Alaska AG rejects Palin subpoenas - John McCain News - MSNBC.com

At first, she was saying that she had nothing to hide. The court date had already been set prior to her selection as VP running mate. First, it was set for October 31, then reset as a courtesy for Oct 10 in order to prevent an "October surprise". Apparently, she does not want to cooperate now. Honestly, does this woman stand for anything?

It's obvious she's guilty.

Because it's turned into a partisan political ploy (French has already made comments to this effect) by the dems in charge who support obama.

The emails she released and the letter from the fired Safety Officer detail exactly why she fired him. He was guilty of multiple occurrances of insubordination. Had nothing to do with the trooper, who still has his job.
