Yes I said it I believe that americans will once again become manipulated by our media outlets and give obama their votes in order to not be labeled racist. Even on aol this morning they have this article with the theory that whites will not vote for a black man because he is black. Forget about people voting for political views or experience they prefer to just blame it on evil racist. I have never in my life felt as bad for white people as I do now. It's like they are being villafied just to make sure obama win. Also many blacks like myself get criticized as well if we have more trust in someone with experience versus someone like barack who has never done anything for anyone. Why can't people just have faith in the american people that we are voting on policies or who we really believe will protect us. Why is the media trying to guilt everyone to go against their own intuition which is usually right just to put odummy in office? Black men like obama need to stop crying racism every time they don't get their way. Grow up brother man it is not all about you we have other concerns in america than racism.

HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA!
Who is the OP, Tom Metzger?
Ok I just noticed this OP says he's black, I really hope he's not joking. Assuming he/she is, you really think that McCain and Palin will do more for you and your race than Obama and Biden will?
Wow, that's something else.

Hmmm, not sure where in the article it shows that white people are being vilified...here is one quote:

Among white Democrats, one-third cited a negative adjective and, of those, 58 percent said they planned to back Obama.

Doesn't sound like this article is saying that all white people are bad.

Here is another quote:

"We still don't like black people," said John Clouse, 57, reflecting the sentiments of his pals gathered at a coffee shop in Somerset, Ohio."

Now i'm sure that Mr. Clouse doesn't speak for all whites when he is saying "we" I'm sure he is just speaking about his "pals" and the general store attendant

I don't think a true racist cares if a person considers them a racist. Many young people I have spoken to will vote for Obama as a statement against American racism.

McCain will not lose because he is white. He will lose because he is nothing more than an extension of Bush. Furthermore, he made a very poor decision for his runningmate. And....Obama will not lose because he is black. He will not lose because he is the Anti-Bush. He's something the majority of Americans want whether they are Black, White, Jewish, Indian, Democratic or Republican.

You know, I can't see how accusing white voters of racism is going to guilt them into voting for Obama.

I can see it only making them mad since for the majority the color of his skin is not the issue. It's his ideology.

Poll: Lingering racism may hurt Obama - Decision '08 - MSNBC.com

I am sure that many whites will agree with me that insisting that they are will vote for race instead of politics does make all white people seem like evil racist. And it is unfair to for the newspapers and news stations to constantly insist that is the only reason why obama will lose instead of just admitting some people will see him as inexperienced or will not agree with his policies.

I think it will and already has which is why obama won the democratic nomination over john edwards and hillary clinton in the first place.

An article based on facts shows one side of the story. I do agree that the MSM has too much of a hand in forming opinions, but the fact stands that these things do happen, on both sides of the fence.

Obviously there are people who's views don't align with his, or feel that he is inexperienced, etc. People who choose their vote because of those legitimate reasons are not what these studies are focusing on.
