She won't talk to the media but she will talk to foreign heads of state? My guess is that there will be no cameras or reporters present for those meetings or they will talk about the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars.

This is the weirdest phenomenon with a VP candidate I have ever seen.

Show the eye candy to the world for a few days, then hide her so she can't do any damage.

This is a joke.

I assure you this isn't a joke this is madness.
The idiots on here defend this too.
They won't let her talk freely with reporters because they will be mean and rude to her???? What do you think Iran, North Korea and Russia will be to her?
They are insulting the American people. We've had to deal with this for 8 years now. They want 4 more years of this crap?

Yes, they do.

Obviously the Republicans dont care about the security or the integrity of the country because they'll slap any old shiny object into this job - remember Dan Quayle and "the women vote." The goal is to remain in power, integrity be damned. But the slow-learner base doesnt see that - or they dont care either, Im not sure which it is. Either way, once again the Republican powers are playing their poor old base like a harmonica.

Palin is pathetic. McCain has has shown all of us the finger - and continues to do so even now by insulting our intelligence.

That applies to BOTH parties and sums up the US two-party system.

PDS is alive and well. What's pathetic is the idiots that want a man with dubious relations in charge of the country.

Obama at least chose someone with Washington experience as his VP, and not the cute girl from the video store.

Very true but at this point, the 3rd party is not going to make a difference in this election. I am tilting away from the horrendous but distinct possiility of "President Palin". She will really sink the country.
