If you think ANY president can stop a terrorist from attacking US citizens you're insane. Just because they haven't committed any acts of terror on US soil doesn't mean they can't if they really applied themselves.
Also, keep in mind that until 9/11 the largest terrorist attack on US soil was committed by American right-wing extremists.

Barack will.
Palin will cause war with Russia, and McCain will cause war with...Spain.
Frankly, neither one knows the meaning of the word diplomacy and they take the Bush Doctrine to the nth degree though one of them at least never heard of it.
At least Obama won't CAUSE attacks. Revenge-obsessed addled crazy man and sidekick Xena warrior princess probably would, IMO.

I believe Obama's first reaction in an attack would be to try and find out how we caused it.

And then, I don't know about any of you, but I remember staring at the sky when the planes began flying again. It sounded strange.

If you like thinking, Food for thought....
"I'd institute a policy that I call 'rogue state rollback'. I would arm, train, equip, both from without and from within, forces that would eventually overthrow the governments and install free and democratically elected governments." - Senator McCain

You are forgetting it was 8 years between the first attack in 1993 and 9/11.
Was an attack prevented in those years or were they just planning their next attack. We may have just been lucky these last 7 years.

We've been attacked every day since 9/11, with the liberals wackos and being PC.

Definitely Obama/Biden. McCain will be tripping over himself to show what a tough guy he is and get us entangled even more in places we have no business being in. Palin will just be doing cartwheels in the background.
Biden is a Foreign Policy expert who has an understanding of the real world, Obama is an intelligent guy who will take in his advice among others before doing anytrhing rash.

Yep. The only time you see McCain look truly energized is when he is talking about war. Otherwise, he just appears to be mildly confused and lost in the woods.
I'll vote for the guy less likely to get us involved in military conflict in the first place.
I feel 100% safer with the combined intellect and diplomacy of Obama/Biden than the knee jerk, never blink reactions of McCain/Palin.
