This is a serious issue, and needs to be taken care of immediately by our candidates, debates aren't important now.

This coming from the child who posted that getting health insurance is no big deal, I mean come on! Why doesn't everyone have insurance? It's not like it's expensive or anything. Please, please grow up, grab a clue, sit down & absorb some knowledge. Your poll is black & white, it's obviously biased & says nothing about the real world.

I guess you missed the President asking them to come....both...not just McCain..
No need to call people stupid because they put our children's credit line being increased up front as opposed to a debate.....how many here are actually going to change their mind on who they vote for because of the debates anyways.
And yes I want to see the debates however "worst crisis in decades" must have more meaning to me than others.

Neither McCain or Obama are members of the committees that are meeting. They just need to vote. It sounds worryingly like McCain can't multitask. I would not have thought that this was a promising trait in a potential president.

So the president asking THEM to be has what weight in your obviously unbiased decision.

Are you saying that the president has asked Obama and McCain to sit on the committee, and not simply vote? Please clarify your comment.

The president invited them to bail McCain's sorry butt out; otherwise, he would be sitting in Washington with nothing to do. Instead, he will meet with Bush and Obama for a phot op, nothing more. Lucky for McCain that he and W are so tight.

Your poll is ridiculous. It's like asking whether you'd rather have a job or take care of your family. It's possible to do both, so why choose?
McCain needs to take care of ALL of his business. He's asking people to make him president but doesn't want to give them two hours worth of information to help them decide.

I'm watching Barbara Boxer, world-class idiot and liberal elitist, actually say on Fox News that Senators McCain and Obama going to Capitol Hill to work on the economic crisis is not as important as listening to them talk about it tomorrow night.
Wow.
You heard it here, folks. I can't make this stuff up.
