MIGUEL LAUSELL(who is now in Puerto Rico):Clinton Supporter Changes from obama supporter to mccain supporter in interview on greta wire because obama has done nothing for hispanics, and says obama now all of a sudden loves hispanics to get their votes.

8% or more of hispanic clinton supporters will vote for mccain

im kinda tired of this blah blah havent done anything for an ethnic group thats based on speaking a language and have a foreign country attached to them. but too often i hear hispanics say they wont vote for republicans beacuse of the immigration conflicts in which republican rejected george bush immigration reform. this is america not__________! etc

democrats are not gonna give in to that free citizenship either, americans wont either except for americans that are hispanic.

If McCain has a weak spot it IS illegal immigration, not much different then obamas. If someone vowed to mine the border Id seriously consider him.

There are many different Hispanic groups in the US. Cubans, Mexicans, Spaniards, Peruvians and so on. Maybe you could narrow your search down to specifically Cuban-American, Mexican-American, etc. groups on the internet that discuss American politics. You would likely find direct answers to your questions there.

Though BOTH candidates have ads in Hispanic radio that are 1 hair away from promising amnesty those who subscribe to amnesty ( I am not one of them) prefer Obama.
Only due to that more Dems in Congress are pro Amnesty than Reps.

Not saying that Hispanics who support Obama are for amnesty as most are not but if amnesty is on your agenda than the Dem party is your best bet again due to Dems in Congress being way more pro amnesty than Reps.

# I find your post a good post not offended by it at all as you state a fact and I wasn't even born here came as a legal immigrant.

Why do you think all American hispanics have herd mentality? Do you think New York's Puerto Ricans, Florida's Cubans and California's Mexicans all have an issue that's common to all of them and that is somehow different from other Americans?

I think that, no matter what the nationality of immigrants, like all of our ancestors, if you want to come here and aspire for the American Dream, do it legally. Go through the steps, acquire your citizenship, don't look for handouts, I don't have a problem with that.

I do have a problem with illegal border crossing, human smuggling, throwing yourself over the border when in labor to have the child be born on American soil and receive any and all handouts, and the inability to deport.

This is my problem with immigration. No crisply defined lines, and my tax money going to provide services for illegals, our public education system not requiring anyone show citizenship yet requiring that you show proof you live in the district.

The system as it stands now, is seriously flawed.

of course they are like other people because they have blacks, natives, mullatos, meztizos, asians and arab people within the hispanic ethnic group but they are a mere nationalistic/lingua group who would call you racist if you disagree with illegal hispanics...

if the tables were turned they be against americans migrating to their countries,so why cant americans disagree w/o being called racist? why not they accuse americans on nationalism.

its one thing when groups like la raza want mexicans to think mexico first and not the U.S

In my experience, immigrants who are here legally are not in favor of amnesty. Not that my experience is extensive at all, but just what I have heard. I guess that would depend on whether they had relatives who were here illegaly that they were hoping could stay, but do you as a legal immigrant have a problem with others coming here illegally when you had to jump through the hoops and become a citizen?
