Rev. Thomas Muthee. Muthee gained fame within Pentecostal circles by claiming that he defeated a local witch, Mama Jane, in a great spiritual battle, thus liberating his town from sin and opening its people to the spirit of Jesus.

Oh, wait, that's not Obama's minister, that's Palins!

So where are the endless loops of Rev. Muthee on FAUX NEWS? No multiple threads on witch hunting African Pentecoastals?

How can this be?

I'm an Obama supporter, but I've got to be objective about this. First of all, any "preacher" problem for any of the candidates will inevitably be compared with the Obama/Rev. Wright relationship because he had a much closer relationship with his pastor than any of the other candidates (at least as far as we can ascertain) and Rev. Wright's statements have social/political implications. This Kenyan preacher was not Palin's pastor for several years, nor did any of his actions have the same implications as Wright's statements. Some people will find this situation with Palin and the Kenyan preacher a little extreme, but associated with a widely-accepted concept (good vs. evil and the influence both forces have upon individuals) among religious as well as non-religious individuals. So I've got to say "no dice" on this one.

Laugh it up Winter.
You know why you don't see any witches? It's because of good witch chasers like Rev. Muthee.
He ran the witches out of Africa and chased them up to Alaska. There he expelled the witches from Sarah. Sarah is witch free now so who gets the last laugh
The country owes Rev. Muthee a debt of gratitude. Can you imagine if we had Sarah as VP and she was still under the influence of witchcraft.

This is hilarious. I heard Palins VP team consists of:

Constantine: To battle the demons of hell

Blade: To battle the Vampires

Van Helsing: battles Frankenstein, Dracula and the Wolfman

Very nice the liberal agenda is now to ridicule the beliefs of the Eskimos and Native Indians....Eskimos live in Wasilla....I thought the left was supposed to be the caring and accepting party that cared about the little guy and all minorities....seems you keep disproving this theory time and time again. Nice.

The second form of isolated Witchcraft includes Shamanism in Siberia, the Eskimos, the aborigines of Australia and many Native American tribes. The Shamans work like the traditional, Stone Age witches. They move between this world and the world of the spirits. The people rely on the Shamans to enter the dangerous supernatural world and act on their behalf. The reindeer herders and the fishermen of the Bering Sea are nomads who live in felt tents. Imagine living such a hard life, surviving long, harsh and threatening winters. When the day's work is over, there is nothing to do but huddle in a warm, dark tent. Watching the Shaman summon spirits, or have a contest with a disease-producing demon, is good fun. He is also responsible for retrieving your soul if you happened to have lost it through sickness, or if a demon has enticed it into the lower regions of nature. You can always trust the Shaman to get it back. Shamans in this area have two guardian spirits. One is a kind, understanding spirit of a long-dead Shaman. The other is in the shape of an animal. He can be dangerous and tricky, but very useful. By observing those isolated societies, and comparing them to Stone Age Witchcraft, much can be learned about the development of the Old Religion. Obviously, the supernatural world plays an important part in many lives, then as well as now. The current follower of the Old Religion is still quite comfortable with this unseen world and its powers.
We all know how you attack Christianity but you stoop to new lows attacking the beliefs of the Native American Indian and Eskimo.

Considering in the most primitive parts of the world they worship sticks, own slaves and eat each other I'd be glad to lay claim as an Indian or Eskimo. Eskimo's are TRUE survivors.
