Letterman doesn't need to "feel" like an ugly date; he IS ugly!

Doncha think he's at his funniest when doing political schtick? Either he injects more of himself or his writers get better with politics....wonder which it is...

lol...No comment there, the guy is a riot when he's on a self righteous crusade. He's mastered indignation and everything that goes along with it.

Regarding McCain, what Letterman was upset about was that he lied to him, not that he didn't make an appearance. Letterman had dedicated the entire show to McCain. He obviously thought going on CBS News and telling everyone he was suspending his campaign would get him more votes.

Now that Obama won't back down, McCain suddenly agreed to debate tonight. What a hypocrite. I really used to respect the man, but now I believe he cares more about winning than the good of our country.
And Obama, hiding in the shadows, cares? Tell us another one.

Letterman is a billionaire wiseass. McCain (and we) owe him exactly zero. He needs to grow up and act like a man, knock off the whining, and slap some retainers on that gap-toothed mouth of his.

Mmm...no. Comedians don't have to grow up, that's kind of why they're funny. They're that kid that stayed funny and never grew out of what makes us laugh.

That makes loads of sense.

Jump in your Delorean and take a spin. Maybe revisit the time you slept through "logical fallacies" in class. Try to stay awake this time.

Yeah, maybe he could hire those sharpies who came up with 'stay the course', people been lapping up that meaningless sound bite for years.
