I am amazed how the democrats and Republicans seem to have monopolized the debate process, it seems terribly un-American. I feel Ralph Nader and Bob Barr should be permitted to debate the candidates and feel all the debates should be open to them. I have contacted those groups sponsoring the debates and found they are largely not claiming any clout to make it happen. Here is the contact number
the Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD), - their office number is (202) 872-1020.

I urge everyone to call and make your voices heard. How do we have a democracy if all voices can't be heard? I ak this of independents, Republicans amd Democrats and all te other parteis we all stand to benefit.

Another thing I did was to email the news organizations. I used a standard statement and copied it for all thhe news programs and quickly sent out 20 emails. Please do what you can and help open the debates up.

I agree with you. Anyone who can amass at least 1% on the polls deserves to have their opinion heard on the national level. Even if they don't have a realistic chance of winning this election, it'll help keep the two primary parties more honest for future elections.

Then they should open it up to every person who is running for president.
