Independent, but pretty fed up with the Republicans at this point since they have made a complete mess of pretty much EVERYTHING - so much so, that for the first time in my life (and I'm 53) I contributed (3 times) to a political campaign.

Like McCain quite a bit actually but voting for Obama. I can live with a McCain Presidency, but I MUCh prefer Obama.

Voting lesser of two evils, McCain/Palin

Congress needs complete overhaul, Repubs and Dems. They have been very destructive, care not for what is good for the nation, postured porkers who work for their own interests solely. The two leading the gang are the worst on record: PowderPuff Pelosi and RatBoy Reid. Time to go home....anyone off the street could do a better job for the people.

Trying to become comfortable in voting McCain. Totally agree with mbmouse; not thrilled with the idea of the Democrats controlling Congress and the White House. It seems like whenever one party or the other gets total control, they become drunk with power and we wind up paying the piper. Could live with McCain but not at all positive on Palin

Independent.
Last 8 years, Iraq & Palin have pushed me towards Obama this time.

Like some 3rd party people but hate the current Bush-McCain performance even more. Hate, not love, is driving my vote. Would gladly swing back to Republican party IF the extreme right wing does not drive its cultural war agenda. Come to think of it, I do not "fit" anywhere.

I am voting McCain thus far because Dems have control in House, Senate and Congress and if Dems get full control, it will be mayhem with Pork spending and raises all around.
We need balance.
.. and you have had this the last 8 years ..
