Default Four More Years ????

Remember the Republican chant from 2004 .... "FOUR MORE YEARS" ?

Here's a new chant for Republicans ..... How about .... "FORE-closure More Years" ?

Or how about .... "WAR More Years"?

Take your pick!

Our Economy is currently in the toilet ... and we are experiencing the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression of the 1930's.

Bush's completely UNNECESSARY War in Iraq is costing us hundreds of billions ... with no end in sight!

And the truth has been told that Bush LIED us into the Iraqi war.

Bush's own former Press Secretary Scott McClellan resigned because he didn't want to be a part of the lies inside the Bush White House.

Do we really want to put another REPUBLICAN in charge ???

Isn't EIGHT YEARS of a DISASTROUS REPUBLICAN WHITE HOUSE enough ???

How about we just say NO! to D's and R's in general, and elect a third party? As Einstein once said, "The same thinking that got us into this mess, cannot possibly get us out"....
Ask yourself this...democrats or republicans...four more years to dig us deeper into the hole?

Ruru is on a distinguished road
RD5050 you've got a lot of posts but not a lot of reputation. Wonder why?

Is it because everyone wants four more years of the big guy on the White Horse in the White House?

People are scared of change in fact they resist it...and they are scared of dark horses.

i am not crazy about our two candidates running, but you have to admit that republicans and democrats came together today for the good of the american people! that certainly is not bad news. i would like to see a ticket with both a republican and a democrat who are not extreme left wing or extreme right wing.

Since everyone starts with ten, he's running at about 20% rep to no. of posts while YOU are at at about 15%

Maybe we DON'T want four more years of arrogance, incompetence, and lies.

I wonder why?

Most Republican voters at City-Data are probably too young to remember that gas was $1.25 a gallon when Bush took office!

You could fill your entire gas tank for around $20 back then !!!

This would actually be fantastic. Many people are blind when they think foreclosures are a bad thing. Frankly, if you took out a loan that was more than 2.5x-3x your salary, you made the gamble, so pay for it. If you were responsible enough to not take out a loan of more than 2.5x your salary, mortgage payments shouldn't be so high that you aren't able to work through it.

Many economists will tell you that foreclosures are important to getting through this artificial housing boom/bust as soon as possible. The longer we try to delay/prevent foreclosures, the longer it's going to take for the market to rebound. Home prices/values are still overpriced in most markets, and continued foreclosures will help bring those values down to where they should be.. relative to median salaries.
