John should get credit for saving the bill, and your butts....

He and obama are both supporting this bill. Its political poison for one or the other to go in opposition. Congressmaen and Senators who are up for re-election find themselves in a pickle as opposing the bill ruffles feathers on the hill and ticks off special interests while supporting it goes agaisnt what their constituents want.

Save my butt? Are you kidding me?

This is not 1929. The Stock Market has not crashed. The people of America oppose this bill for good reason because it is a bailout for billionaires.

Please don't give up your day job in order to become a political strategist. Perhaps you haven't noticed but as a result of the bailout planning going to seed Obama has widened the gap on McCain.

As for being a hero of the American people, guess again.

"The Pew pol (http://weblogs.newsday.com/news/local/longisland/politics/blog/2008/09/bailout_polls_depends_on_the_w.html - broken link)l, by contrast, asked respondents if 'investing billions to try to keep financial institutions and markets secure' was the right thing to do.

57% said yes.

John has completely lost it. He claims Palin is more popular than ever. He claims the Dems are impressed with her. He claims he hasn't heard any Pub calling for her to step down.

Hahaha!

This racist is a total nutter.

I think most people are grudgingly going along with the bill - however distasteful and unfair it may be. This includes Obama and McCain. The liquidity crisis is extremely real and this may help - no gurantees.
