Looks like a few people here need the IQ test, not Obama. You've heard of IPO's?? Maybe?? Small start up issues common stock, folks buy them, small company does well, stock pays dividends, but cap gains taxes on those IPO's not employed which encourages investment in small companies which create more jobs and encourage innovation-growth.
Smart business in the minds of sane economists. But the people who listened to Forbes (Rep) and O'Reilly caught their twist on it which left out the sound American thinking of Obama.
