You can see how desperate they are now. Grampa John is attacking the media instead of campaigning. Sarah is cocooned to limit the additional gaffes. It really is pathetic.

Once a politician is so exposed as stupid, it is really hard to recover. When they become the laughingstock of the nation, it is nearly impossible to get back any dignity or to give people any confidence that they have the right stuff to lead.

The more they keep her away, the worse it is for her. The more they let her speak, the worse it is for her. At this point, how could she possibly undo all the damage? Crying poor picked on Sarah just makes her look weak and vapid and not able to do the job.

Thank god, because believe it or not, folks who write and report for the "mainstream media," have spent years getting degrees in journalism from the top J schools in the country so that they could be prepared to spend an even longer period of time reporting on and explaining the most complex issues of our time before becoming national and international reporters. Sure, there bosses push non-sensical stories that they hope will appeal to Jill and Joe Six Pack because their bosses know that if they write or broadcast long complex pieces about international finance, the the complexities of international relations, Jill and Joe Six Pack will be reaching for the nearest copy of People Magazine or turning on Jerry Springer faster than you can ask, "Are you smarter than a 5th Grader."

But in there lies the rub!

Because the average Jill and Joe Six Pack, that includes you Sarah, can't give two minutes of your time to actually become informed about the very issues that affect their daily lives, they have absolutely no comprehension about those issues, as any one can see from reading simple minded posts on the internet or an interview with Sarah Palin.

Now getting back to those Joe and Jill Six Pack hating members of the media... they recognize the utter ignorance of the average American, you know, people like those who claim to know what is in the Constitution but wouldn't know what the Federalist or Anti-Federalist papers were if you hit them in the head with both copies. Like the one's who claim that American is a Christian nation and demand the 10 Commandments be placed in public places but can't tell you what the 10 are..

So why on God's Green Earth would anyone who has worked their way up to the status of national correspondent believe that Jill or Joe Six Pack could ever in anyone's wildest imagination govern a country as important and complex as the United States, much less comprehend the issues and challenges facing the nation? The answer is real simple, because they know that Jill or Joe Six Pack can't.

In the words of John Stewart (a pretty smart and informed guy) who wants a guy like me running the country, I would hope that someone smarter than me would do that. That person isn't Jill or Joe Six Pack and it sure as hell shouldn't be Sarah Palin.

Tried to rep you but I've got to "spread the love around" before I can rep you again. Oh, by the way, you do realize that Sara wouldn't have bothered to read this intelligent message past the first paragraph, don't you?
